Objective:To compare the metabolism of longchain triglycerides(LCT) and mediumchain triglycerides (MCT) in ischemic acute renal failure (ARF).
目的：比較長鏈脂肪乳劑（LCT）和中鏈脂肪乳劑（MCT）在急性缺血性腎功能衰竭大鼠中的代謝特點。

含中鏈甘油三酯的脂肪乳劑，由於其結(jié)搆、生化特征，具有氧化快而完全，較少依賴肉毒堿轉(zhuǎn)運等優(yōu)點，目前已普遍應(yīng)用於臨牀營養(yǎng)支持中。
