Objective:To compare the metabolism of longchain triglycerides(LCT) and mediumchain triglycerides (MCT) in ischemic acute renal failure (ARF).
目的：比較長(zhǎng)鏈脂肪乳劑（LCT）和中鏈脂肪乳劑（MCT）在急性缺血性腎功能衰竭大鼠中的代謝特點(diǎn)。

含中鏈甘油三酯的脂肪乳劑，由于其結(jié)構(gòu)、生化特征，具有氧化快而完全，較少依賴(lài)肉毒堿轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，目前已普遍應(yīng)用于臨床營(yíng)養(yǎng)支持中。
