- will屬於表動詞語態(tài)的助動詞,類似於may,might等,沒有wills這一動詞的單數(shù)形式的說法;
- Shall同will的比較:通常,人們習慣將should儅做shall,而將would儅做will。 I shall be twenty next Sunday. I shall tell you this evening. Shall I be too old to work at eighty? You shall never see her again. I will work hard.Shall you be away for long? Shall you ...Will we …?You will be better tomorrow. It will be fine very soon.You will send in your report on Thursday. All the members will send in their reports on Thursday.Whatever you may say, things of this kind will go on.Will you tell me more about him?You will sit here for hours saying nothing.
