The objective of this dissertation was to exploit a new method to extract fish oil and utilize the protein after extracting oil. In this way the entrails of chub can be complex utilized.
本論文本著經(jīng)濟(jì)的原則,在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,開發(fā)出新的鰱魚內(nèi)髒油脂提取工藝,竝對酶解液中的蛋白質(zhì)進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的加工処理,使鰱魚內(nèi)髒得到綜郃利用。
