Tender bond is designed to protect Tenderee and Buyer from losses because of any actions of tenderers.
投標(biāo)保証金是爲(wèi)了保護(hù)招標(biāo)機(jī)搆和買方免遭因投標(biāo)人的行爲(wèi)而矇受損失。
In case Tenderee and Buyer suffers any losses because of any actions of tenderers, the tender bond will be confiscated according to Clause 15.7 of the Notice.
