Objective:To study the expression of ferroportin 1(FP1)、ceruloplasmin(CP)and divalent metal transporter 1(DMT1)and their mRNA in cerebral cortex and hippocampus regulated by lateral cerebral ventricle injection of the lipopolysaccharide(LPS).
目的:研究大鼠側(cè)腦室注射脂多糖對(duì)腦皮質(zhì)和海馬膜鉄轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白1(ferroportin,FP1)、銅藍(lán)蛋白(ceruloplasmin,CP)和二價(jià)金屬離子轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)躰1(divalent metal transporter 1,DMT1)及此三種蛋白mRNA表達(dá)的變化,進(jìn)而了解腦部炎癥引起的腦鉄代謝紊亂及其導(dǎo)致的神經(jīng)退行性疾病,爲(wèi)臨牀診斷和治療神經(jīng)退行性疾病提供理論依據(jù)。
