Any of various filamentous or rod-shaped, often pathogenic microorganisms of the order Actinomycetales that are found in soil and resemble bacteria and fungi.

They were identified as Bacillus spp.of BA2,BA6,BA13 strains,Actinomycetales spp.of BA15,BA16,BA17,BA18 strains and Pseudomonas spp.of the others,respectively.
