Objective To study the causes, diagnosis and treatment of congenital duodenal obstruction (CDO).
目的分析十二指腸梗阻原因及診斷治療要點。
In group A, 8 patients were treated with stents to release jaundice and 2 patients with duodenal stents placement to release the duodenal obstruction.
組8例放置膽道支架解除黃疸，2例放置十二指腸支架解除十二指腸梗阻；
On follow up, among the 37 patients who underwent only biliary bypass, 4 patients (10.8%) developed duodenal obstruction 3~12 months postoperatively and required the addition of gastrojejunostomy.
在37例單一膽道改道術(shù)患者中，4例（10.8％）術(shù)後3～12個月因十二指腸梗阻而再次行胃空腸吻郃術(shù)。
