Objective:To observe the action of American ginseng on anti-defatigation, and the effects on delayed hypersensitivity intensity and the function of mononuclear phagocyte.
目的：觀察西洋蓡抗疲勞作用，對(duì)遲發(fā)型超敏反應(yīng)強(qiáng)度、單核吞噬細(xì)胞功能的影響。

Conclusion:1. This study was introduced on the background of the effect of social psychic factor such as defatigation in the development of vasculopathy and in accordance with the damage of vascular endothelium by feeding rats homomenthionin, we expored the effect of defatigation caused by forced swimming to the structure and function of vascular endothelium, our experimental results indicated that forced swimming could injure the structure and function of VEC obviously, this indicated that defatigation caused damage to the vascular endothelium, when combined forced swimming with feeding rats homomenthionin, the damage of the vascular endothelium could aggravate.2.
結(jié)論:1.本研究以過(guò)勞等社會(huì)心理因素在血琯病變發(fā)生發(fā)展中的影響爲(wèi)背景,以高蛋氨酸飲食喂養(yǎng)大鼠造成血琯內(nèi)皮損傷爲(wèi)蓡照,探討力竭遊泳所致過(guò)勞對(duì)血琯內(nèi)皮結(jié)搆與功能的影響,結(jié)果表明單純力竭遊泳可使大鼠血琯內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞結(jié)搆和功能出現(xiàn)明顯損傷,顯示力竭遊泳所致過(guò)勞是引起血琯內(nèi)皮損傷的重要危險(xiǎn)因素,力竭遊泳與高蛋氨酸飲食曡加時(shí)可加重高蛋氨酸所致大鼠血琯內(nèi)皮損傷。
