Actuality-The philosophy of law gives emphasis to reality, and raises and resolves philosophical questions of law from reality;
求實(shí)性，即法哲學(xué)要麪曏現(xiàn)實(shí)，從現(xiàn)實(shí)出發(fā)提出和解決法哲學(xué)問(wèn)題；
The object of philosophy is an actuality of which those objects, social regulations and conditions, are only the superficial outside.
所以哲學(xué)研究的對(duì)象就是現(xiàn)實(shí)性，而前麪所說(shuō)的那些事物、社會(huì)狀況、典章制度等等，衹不過(guò)是現(xiàn)實(shí)性的淺顯外在的方麪而已。
