結(jié)論 :腎移植術(shù)后C0 及C2 監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)早期發(fā)現(xiàn)急性排斥反應(yīng)都具有重要意義 ,但C2 值較C0 值與急性排斥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生關(guān)系更為密切 ,C2 值與肝腎毒性的發(fā)生有直接的相關(guān)性 ,而C0 值與肝腎毒性的發(fā)生無(wú)相關(guān)性。
