目的：探討前臂橈側(cè)游離皮瓣移植舌重建術(shù)的圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理。
CONCLUSION: The modified methods of tongue reconstruction with free forearm flap improve the clinical effects of reconstructed tongue.
結(jié)論：改進(jìn)的游離前臂皮瓣舌再造術(shù)再造舌的成功率較高。
Conclusions Using the forearm free flap in tongue reconstruction of tongue cancer, we can recover good shape and function of tongue , and avoid tissue dissection too much.
結(jié)論前臂橈側(cè)游離皮瓣用于舌癌切除術(shù)后舌再造，舌外形功能恢復(fù)良好，可避免過多的切除組織。
