Article 74 If the law has stipulated a time limitation of arbitration, such provisions of the law shall apply.
第七十四條法律對仲裁時效有規(guī)定的，適用該規(guī)定。
The time limitation period for arbitration shall be counted as of the date when a party knows or should know that its right has been violated.
仲裁時效期間從當事人知道或者應當知道其權(quán)利被侵害之日起計算。
