- tender的基本意思是“投標”。作“提供”“提出”“獻給”“償付”解時,通常用在較正式的場合,一般不用于物品的提供而用于感謝、歉意或辭呈等的提出,語氣較強,強調(diào)提供者謙虛或禮貌。
- tender可用作及物動詞,也可用作不及物動詞。用作及物動詞時,接名詞或代詞作賓語。tender可接雙賓語,其間接賓語可轉(zhuǎn)化為to的賓語。tender還可接由as短語充當補足語的復(fù)合賓語。作不及物動詞時,常接介詞for。
