本文以武漢光谷、北京中關(guān)村等產(chǎn)業(yè)集群為研究對象,采用理論分析和實證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群人才引力的影響因素以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群人才引力的評價進行了系統(tǒng)研究。
