The paper observed 168 patients of spontaneous pneumatothorax surgicaIly treated in our hospital from 1985 to 1994. We have analized the clinical menifestations and the method of treatment.

Results The drainage effect of LCTMSH group was equal to that of the contrast group,it did not increase the pain of patients,and did not make the pneumatothorax and thorax infection.
結果單根多側孔長胸管引流效果完全同對照組,并無增加患者之痛苦,無拔管時造成氣胸,無并發(fā)胸腔感染。
