Method:90 patients with severe AOPP were randomly divided into the treatment group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases). Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment including gastrolavage,purgation,fluid infusion,atropine and pralidoxime chloride.
方法:將90例重度急性有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥中毒者隨機(jī)分為治療組45例和對照組45例,2組均常規(guī)洗胃、導(dǎo)瀉、輸液及阿托品、氯磷定治療。
