Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating faciocervical burn.
目的：觀(guān)察MEBT療法在治療面頸部燒傷中的療效。
Methods Fifty-eight free anterolateral thigh flaps were used to repair chronic ulcer, electrical burns, semi facial hypotrophy, full-thickness defect in the cranio-faciocervical region.
方法采用股前外側(cè)皮瓣游離移植修復(fù)頭面頸部燒傷及創(chuàng)傷性缺損、慢性潰瘍、半面萎縮、腫瘤切除術(shù)后洞穿性缺損、增生性瘢痕及攣縮畸形等。
