Since the 3rd session of the 11th CNPR, our system of contract law has been built and developed, but there is still room for further development on the issue of contract explanation.
十一屆三中全會(huì)以來，我國的合同法律制度雖得到一定的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，但在合同解釋問題上，仍有許多之處亟待完善。
Where such bill is not put on the agenda of the Standing Committee session, the Chairman's Committee shall make a report to the Standing Committee session or give an explanation to the bill sponsor.
不列入常務(wù)委員會(huì)會(huì)議議程的，應(yīng)當(dāng)向常務(wù)委員會(huì)會(huì)議報(bào)告或者向提案人說明。
