The operation was performed successfully once in 11cases(92%).1 case developed dysuresia after removing the catheter,and underwent internal urethrotomy twice.
一次手術成功率92%25(11/12),1例拔除導尿管后仍排尿困難,行二次鈥激光內(nèi)切開后好轉(zhuǎn)。1例術后3個月尿線變細,經(jīng)尿道擴張后癥狀明顯改善,術后均無尿失禁及明顯出血。
Results: The incidence of complications was 6.7%,and there were 16 cases with postemorrhage,23 cases with urodepsia,19 cases with dysuresia,16 cases with transurethral resection syndrome(TURS).
