Objective To investigate the clinical effect of surgical treatement of cicatricial blepharon deformities.
摘要目的探討瘢痕性眼瞼畸形的手術(shù)方法及其效果。
Aim:To Analyze the human blepharon conformation character and to determine the successful criterion of blepharoplasty in Xi an area.
目的:西安地區(qū)人群眼瞼形態(tài)特征分析及重瞼成形術(shù)成功標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(指標(biāo))的確立。
Method:Questionnaire and health examination were taken in this study.We investigated 600 persons blepharon conformation character and cognition for the blepharoplasty.
方法:采用問卷和臨床體檢的形式,將西安地區(qū)600名青年男女作為對(duì)象,調(diào)查和分析眼瞼形態(tài)特征及被調(diào)查群體對(duì)重瞼成形術(shù)的認(rèn)識(shí)。
Methods 27 cases(28 eyes) of cicatricial blepharon deformities underwent the surgery of scar resection and replant of dissociated skin,and the key point is to solve the defect of constitution.
方法瘢痕性眼瞼畸形27例(28眼)行瘢痕切除及游離皮瓣移植手術(shù),其中3例同時(shí)行羊膜移植。
