The carrier violates the provision of Article 12 herein to demolish, charter on bareboat basis, mortgage or sell abroad its vessels without prior approval;
一違反第十二條規(guī)定，未經(jīng)核準(zhǔn)擅自將所有之船舶拆解，或以光船出租、抵押或出售于國(guó)外者。
" Vessel Chartering Operator " means the ship owner, who leases its vessels on bareboat basis to vessel carriers for operation, wherefrom it receives charter hires.
六船舶出租業(yè)：指船舶所有人以船舶光船出租與船舶運(yùn)送業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)而收取租金之事業(yè)。
The law of the original country of registry of a ship shall apply to the mortgage of the ship if its mortgage is established before or during its bareboat charter period.
船舶在光船租賃以前或者光船租賃期間，設(shè)立船舶抵押權(quán)的，適用原船舶登記國(guó)的法律。
