基本解釋

Objective:To explore the observation and nursing care of syndrome of inappopriate ADH secretion(SIADH)after resection of saddle tumor.
目的:探討鞍區(qū)腫瘤術(shù)后并發(fā)抗利尿激素異常分泌綜合征(SIADH)患者的觀察與護(hù)理方法。
Conclusion SIADH is caused by injury to the hypothalamus directly or indirectly.
