By the help of computer aided design and ADS software simulation,it presents that when power amplifier outputs 35W,ACLR has reached-55 dBcs.

Test result shows that, for a 60W WCDMA PA, the ACLR improvement is nearly 10 dB at the output power of 37.5dBm, which fulfilled the spurious emission requirements.
實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明;該方案對(duì)60W的WCDMA功放在輸出功率37.;5dBm時(shí)ACLR的改善近10dB;可基本滿足雜散模板的要求。
The testing results show that for a 3G PA,IMD3 improvement is over 20dB and ACLR improvement using WCDMA signals is nearly 5dB,which basically fulfills the specification requirements.
